We manufacture climbing holds and macros, and give worn holds a new life through our Retex service. We’re looking for someone with a real interest in climbing and the initiative to take ownership of their work. Manufacturing or workshop experience is preferred, and we can teach you our processes.
01 / The work
From materials to
finished holds.
You’ll help turn materials into finished climbing holds, learning our processes as you go. Depending on the day’s production plan, your work may include:
- Forming plastic shells and fitting hardware.
- Trimming, sanding and preparing holds for finishing or retexturing.
- Painting, texturing and finishing holds.
- Checking finished work, identifying defects and packing orders accurately.
- Taking responsibility for your assigned work, keeping track of progress and leaving a clear handoff.
- Following production instructions and keeping your work area and tools clean.
- Using the required protective equipment and raising safety or quality concerns promptly.
Some tasks involve repeating the same process across a batch. Doing the last piece as carefully as the first matters here.

You check the result and flag problems early. Once trained, you can get on with agreed work without needing reminders at every step.

You’re interested in the products, how they feel and how people use them.
Bring experience, or be ready to learn.
Manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, finishing or comparable workshop experience is preferred, not required. We can teach you what you need to know.
Be someone the team can count on.
You communicate clearly, work safely, respond to feedback and maintain consistent quality across a batch.
Confidence with hand and power tools is useful. Painting, sanding, thermoforming or moldmaking experience is a plus. You don’t need to have made climbing holds before.
03 / Working here
A hands-on role
in a real workshop.
This is an active manufacturing role with periods of standing, repetitive work and moving materials. Depending on your station, you’ll work around machinery, noise, dust and coatings, following the relevant training and protective-equipment requirements. We can discuss the practical requirements and any reasonable accommodations during the hiring process.
You’ll learn practical manufacturing skills and contribute directly to products people climb on. From day one, we welcome your ideas for making our processes safer, more consistent or less wasteful.
